I created it because I know what it feels like to have dreams…
but not have the money, opportunity, guidance or freedom to pursue them.
And I know there are millions of people today who have something valuable inside them.
Something they have learned over 5, 10 or even 20 years.
But there is one problem.
They don't know how to turn what they know into something they can teach, share and ethically get paid for.
And when they try to learn how, they are surrounded by people telling them:
"Launch a course."
"Run ads."
"Make money online."
"Build a funnel."
But I believe there is something much bigger than that.
And that belief is the reason I created BT$ Digital Community.
I come from a small-town/village background in Bihar.
There were no big opportunities around me.
No business background.
No powerful network.
And academics were never my strength.
In fact, there was a period between Class 3 and Class 8 when I hardly had a normal school life.
Because of financial problems, I changed schools again and again.
Somehow, with my father's support, I completed my board exams and eventually Class 12.
After that, further education wasn't really an option.
There simply wasn't enough money.
So I did what millions of young Indians do.
I went looking for a job.
I started working.
At one stage, I was earning around ₹7,000 per month.
And slowly, I started accepting something I never really wanted to accept:
Maybe this is just how life works.
If you want money…
you leave your home.
You leave your parents.
You sacrifice your time.
You work according to somebody else's schedule.
You wait for your salary.
Then you repeat the same thing next month.
And the next.
And the next.
For years, that was my reality.
I wanted a better life.
But I couldn't see the road that could take me there.
I started getting exposed to workshops, learning, sales, communication, personal growth and communities.
And for the first time, I started seeing another possibility.
Maybe your current situation doesn't have to decide your entire future.
Maybe skills can be learned.
Maybe communication can be learned.
Maybe sales can be learned.
Maybe business can be learned.
And maybe… I could redesign my life.
But just when I started seeing a different future, life tested me again.
During that phase, I lost the job and support I had.
For around six months, I worked as a delivery boy.
Then COVID happened.
Everything became uncertain again.
But this time, something was different.
I kept learning.
And eventually, that learning opened a door I could never have imagined a few years earlier.
I got an opportunity to work with one of India's experienced coaches in the business, life and peak-performance space.
I joined in sales.
And I gave it everything I had.
Month after month, I improved.
I became Star of the Month for around 16 months.
Eventually, I was earning around ₹80,000 per month.
For someone who had once worked for around ₹7,000…
that number wasn't just money.
It was proof.
Proof that the person I had been didn't have to determine the person I could become.
Nobody in my family had expected me to reach that level.
Neither had I.
And that realization changed something inside me permanently.
Over the next few years, I went deeper.
From sales… to marketing… to funnels… to advertising… to automation… to communities… to complete online business systems.
I eventually worked in senior performance marketing and handled major responsibilities across sales and marketing.
I helped generate crores in revenue.
I helped build a community of more than 7,000 people.
At the same time, I started freelancing and working with other businesses.
Over the years, my journey gave me experience managing approximately:
On paper, life was becoming better.
But there was still one problem.
I could earn more money.
But I couldn't always decide where I wanted to be.
I couldn't always decide how I wanted to spend my time.
Whenever I went home, there was always a clock running in my head.
And that became one of my biggest regrets.
I was working hard for my family…
while having less time to actually be with my family.
Then something happened that forced me to question everything.
I got dengue.
My condition became serious enough that I was hospitalized for around 7–10 days.
But because I was responsible for major sales and marketing activities…
I had my laptop with me.
And I continued working.
From the hospital bed.
Calls.
Laptop.
Work.
Responsibilities.
Even while my body was telling me to stop.
When I finally recovered and returned to work, I expected my salary as usual.
That day hit me differently.
I remember feeling completely lost.
I couldn't sleep properly that night.
I kept asking myself:
If I can give my health… my time… my energy… and even work from a hospital bed…
but still don't control my income or my time…
is this really the freedom I wanted?
The next day, I made a decision.
Not because jobs are bad.
Not because everyone should resign tomorrow.
But because I wanted responsibility for my own future.
And more importantly…
I wanted to build something that could eventually help other people create that choice too.
I went deeper into my agency work.
I worked with businesses. I built funnels. I generated leads. I managed advertising. I worked with experts across different niches.
Eventually, I registered my company:
BrandToScale Training & Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
But something interesting started happening.
After doing the work for businesses… I started teaching people how to do it themselves.
And I loved it.
In October 2025, I launched my first education product.
What started as an experiment became something much bigger.
Within the following months, more than 1,400–1,500 people became part of our learning ecosystem.
And within roughly eight months of this new chapter, I crossed a milestone I once couldn't even imagine:
But strangely…
the number wasn't the biggest achievement.
The biggest achievement was realizing:
This works.
A person can learn.
A person can teach.
A person can build a community.
A person can create something around their knowledge.
And technology now makes it possible to operate that system from almost anywhere.
That's when the bigger vision became clear.
I started thinking about the person I used to be.
The person who simply needed somebody to show him:
And I started thinking about how many people are living that same story today.
People sitting on 10–20 years of knowledge.
And even complete beginners who are willing to develop a valuable skill.
They don't necessarily lack potential.
They lack a roadmap, environment and implementation system.
This isn't designed to be another place where you buy 100 videos… watch 10… implement 2… and forget everything after one month.
Because I don't believe people need more information.
A journey where you:
Because we aren't trying to build something for one month.
We are trying to build something that can change the direction of the next several years of your life.
Of course, money matters. Money gives you choices.
But ask yourself:
Why do you actually want money?
So money itself isn't the final destination.
Freedom is.

That's the life I wanted.
That's the life I'm still building.
And that's the journey I want this community to help others pursue.
Nobody honestly can.
Joining a community will not magically change your life.
Buying another course won't either.
You still have to do the work.
But I can give you something I desperately needed when I started:
A direction.
A system.
A community.
Practical skills.
Support.
And an environment designed to help you keep moving.
The years you lose don't come back.
Your children will not remain the same age.
Your parents will not become younger.
And the dreams you keep postponing don't automatically become easier next year.
So whenever I'm afraid of taking action, I ask myself:
What is the realistic worst-case scenario?
Maybe it doesn't work exactly as planned.
Maybe I fail.
Maybe I learn.
Maybe I have to try again.
But then I ask another question:
That question scares me much more.
Not when everything becomes perfect.
Not when you know everything.
Not when somebody comes and forces you.
The day you decide to change something… becomes Day 1.
Maybe today is yours.
